Yeet — Swiping Photo Cleaner
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Yeet mobile application (the “App”) provided by Liad Zigdon (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
What the App does
Yeet helps you review and delete photos and videos from your device’s media library by swiping through them. The App proposes deletions; the actual removal of any media is carried out by your operating system and requires your confirmation.
Your responsibility for your photos
Deleting photos and videos is permanent. You are solely responsible for the media you choose to keep or delete. We strongly recommend keeping an up-to-date backup (for example, iCloud Photos or Google Photos) before deleting anything. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from your use of the App.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
Subscriptions and purchases
The App may offer optional paid features and subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown in the App before you purchase. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your purchase is also subject to that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Free usage limits and ads
The free version of the App may limit how many cleaning sessions you can run within a period and may display advertisements. These limits and ads may be removed or changed by an optional subscription. We may adjust free usage limits over time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems;
- attempt to circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or other technical restrictions in the App.
Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services (such as the app stores, advertising, and subscription-management providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data those services may process.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liad Zigdon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data (including photos or videos), arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
